I traded my 2025 RT TnG. Fantastic car and arguably the perfect platform for the durango. The new 392 is actually the same price as the 25 RT and the Hellcats are around the same price as the 2023 SRT 392.

Anecdotal evidence I have not noticed a difference. Liqui moly uses tungsten where pennzoil uses boron, both are stellar anti wear additives. People have reported very long and successful UOA with pennzoil. For double the price there is no reason to not use pennzoil.
They would probably just be re-disributing sales. Let's say mobil EP now has 229.71, so people might buy EP instead of ESP. There is a euro approval from every big player already.
I would argue it also has an exclusivity component as well. Anyone can get an off the shelf oil but not everyone knows to order from an online euro shop like ECS or FCP euro. Same thing can be said for Amsoil indys, makes you feel like the shop has something "special".
