The FTIR i saw on Mobil 1 ESP 5w-30 did not show AN

Its 100% a typo, i would email them but ive asked them questions alot and they dont seem to know anything. The older SP formula had dexos 1 listed for 0w-20 but not for SQ. But i have bought SQ 0w-20 and it is dexos 1. Ive watched these pages like crazy waiting to see if there was a formulation...

It wasnt there to begin with when they updated to gf-7 but the jugs on the shelf have it so its definitely a typo

It still is, thats a typo. Notice the pour point for 10w-30 is .36 as well

EP GF-7 25,000 mile label is super strong. The SP/GF-6 version was pretty mild

Maybe they are making cuts in some labels to protect other labels. Looks like truck and suv changed to, maybe they are eliminating GTL in some labels to keep it in others. Possibly trimming PAO to use it in more importage products IDK totally just spitballing here.

Im assuming before. It was probably a month ago i used some. Ill buy the newest bottling date i can find and see if it smells different. I still got the other bottle so i can compare

They are not the same at all. You can tell just by smelling them (important note, you can't discern anything meaningful about the formulas from smell alone other than they are different) Advanced clean smells really mild and EP is a punch in the face strongest oil ive ever smelled, puts redline...
