    Blazer EV SS - Nice!

Most aren't towing either, meaning the rated range of 300+ miles will work for the average driver. I could get on with one and I'd enjoy it, but the fact is that I'm not towing so I don't need a truck and even if I did my 2026 Model Y has a tow hitch and weighs half of what the Sierra does. I...

    Chevrolet BOLT resurgence

That's solid. Once the materials roll in for US LFP batteries, we will see a price drop. The Bolt was already popular. No need for GM to overdo it.

    Blazer EV SS - Nice!

I was talking about the Blazer. Who was talking about Audi? For that matter the GTI in Germany had a 155mph limiter because of different tires. I did put the proper tires on the GTI before removing the limiter.

    Blazer EV SS - Nice!

While I understand your point, why buy the fast one then? It it is the fast one, it should be capable of all the fast things. Yes it’s stupid, but it’s kind of the point. It doesn’t really matter though because it has been revealed that this limiter was false information. And yes, I have...

    Drove a Juniper today...

That’s what I did with my Y Performance. It only took a few days selecting an inventory vehicle and it included a $4,300 discount. I did order for the 2026 for my wife and then ended up switching to an inventory vehicle to expedite the pickup.

The M3 even does it. Weirds me out.

    2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV

I'm well aware of the piped in sound. Even my GTI did it. I'd have it off too. It just seemed like Dodge was holding the car back by not making it go after the Plaid given the history of Dodge and speed. I'm sure faster is coming too, but I think they really screwed up not releasing that one...

    2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV

It’s quite the turnoff. It’s like it was meant to mock EVs which would have been a funny strategy if it was one of the fastest cars on the market.

    2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV

Yeah I get that, but there’s a lot of cars that weren’t appreciated in their time that ended up becoming collectible due to rarity. I’m not saying this car will be that, but it’s one way it could turn out just because it’s such an anomaly in Dodge’s lineup.

Ending production and making it rare usually works to make something collectible.

    Tesla Robotaxi / Robovan Event

I don’t think it’s so much who it’s trained on than it’s just trying to go off of road markings. If it’s not perfectly clear it sometimes gets it wrong. All the markings for turn lanes in my town are painted on the pavement and the car doesn’t register seeing them until it’s on top of the...

    Model y serviceability by owner?

The problem is the hardware always goes out of date. The 2023 Model 3 we had was HW3 and Tesla said that would make it to unsupervised. Then that wasn't enough so HW4 came out and we were told it had all kinds of headroom in compute power to go unsupervised. Now the same story starts again...

    Model y serviceability by owner?

I haven't had any issues outside of FSD functionality, but FSD in general has really weird problems in my area. I don't use it much. Overall I feel like Tesla did a great job combining simplicity and technology. If I was to buy something different than the Y Performance, it would be the Model...
