The performance change is also not quantifiable. We all know that they are looking for ways to make things cheaper, and have us believe that performance is the same or better. Cheaper/faster/better

besides no PAO, there are other things that you can see changed: 1. cSt got lower at 100C. 5w-30 is now 9.75 cSt, thats too low IMHO 2. Pour points moved from -50C to -30C, I guess another confirmation of PAO substitute

Looks like they listened to my comment and have corrected PDS to include Dexos gen3 for 0w20 and 5w30. Their technical support was not very helpful, they first states its no longer Dexos gen3. Only after I told them that I see bottles in the store with Dexos logo they had to follow up with...

The crazy part is that they have rebate tracker website, but they dont put anything there until its processed. You have to email them to check. I think this is intentional confusion

Privately owned companies can do whatever they want, in public companies you have investors that may have a say.

I just submitted screenshot of the invoice that shows “delivered” along with order number and items. Hopefully thats enough. The problem is that they dont have any status for rebate and you have to email them to check status.

I guess some genius removed Dexos from the documents by accident. This was escalated to management!
