Did you by any chance ever solve this problem? I'm having a very similar situation with a 2007 Ford Ranger 2.3l. My fuel trims are very similar and react in the same fashion but EVERYTHING has been checking out and I can't find a leak. I've noticed the truck runs like new after a reset. LTFT...
