Oil pressure too high? Possible filter issues?

Thanks for the input. Oil pressure is very consistent cold and when warmed up, acts like it should, has lost zero oil in the past 9 months since the mods which I also feel good about. Yup I live on M.I. right outside Seattle right now. The car has 45K on it now and all seems well. That cam was...

Oil pressure too high? Possible filter issues?

This is the pump,http://texas-speed.com/p-107-texas-speed-ported-ls6-oil-pump.aspx Sorry, it is an LS-6 not LS-2, my mistake but no difference to the question. it is advertised to increase 10PSI across the board but in my case it is 20PSI. It is also a small bike for your size...you certainly won't be having any passengers ever. Nothing wrong with...

Mobile 1 Oil filter w/ pics

I don't think that is normal or acceptable, especially in a filter meant for extended OCI's. It would not happen on say their bike filters where they have a steel tube running down the middle or some other filters that use metal reinforcements inside. I use M1 EP spin on filters and will be...
