Doesn't look super horrible. When you need a heat-resistant sleeve on your arm because it's next to exhaust, then it's super horrible.

Oh I wasn't planning on it. I'd burn the savings on gas anyway. But, I will miss using Fram filters after this final one.

I managed to grab one Fram Drive for the Chevy. There's another two near me, if I burn a lunch to drive to a not-particularly-great part of town for cheap oil filters.
