No I totally agree to search before hand it's just the threads were like a few years older and nothing seemed conclusive. Also the fact Canadian Tire would have the PEA label online maybe told me a law changes or something not to long ago, hence like not having threads dating of this year...

Ok thanks. This amount has actually decreased since I've done the job originally. Since I had oil level sensor issues I thought maybe I was to low but I was at most ~ 1L low if my calculations are correct. If I had damage caused by low oil, I would've had much worse metal than the pictures above...

Ok let's just disregard the track part for now. I barely do it. Just imagine it's me driving sporty on a normal road because honestly that's kinda what I do on the "track" it's just a time attack thing.
