I still have all my tools including ramps*, AC jack, jack stands, a pig mat, and an open drain pan.
I’ve been taking it to a local 5 minute place. They’ve done a pretty good job but the last oil change got close to $120.
*iirc I might be able to slide under to change the oil without any...
Going to do my first oil change in a few years — wife’s 2014 Lincoln Navigator 5.4L. Bought some penzoil platinum 5w30* and a Wix filter. Pulled out the Mityvac extractor but the hose has broken. Guess I’ll be doing it the old fashioned way ;)

I’d call four years pretty good. We are lucky to get 4 months on a good sealant here and waxes barely last a month in summer. Considering you really need to do about as much pretty, doing something that lasts 4 years is worth it to me rather than 1-4 months. The coating on this Bronco said 8...
That seems to be in line with what I’ve seen around here but some charge quite a bit more. Think I’ve seen $3200 given for correct and coat, which seems excessive for West Texas.
Some do state they offer Uv protection but I can’t say for sure they do. The easier washing is a real benefit to me. I’m not sure that I’d say that 3-6 month versus 3-6 year is a slightly longer life span (and from what I’ve seen personally the 3 year is definitely doable).
