It is motor oil..Not even sold at a premium price. It does what it says it does to the extent any product short of changing parts out can do. For many cars it is a miracle in a bottle...especially after decades of other products with more oil changes and or flushes required to "work" and hoops...

Gasoline of any type has to meet minimum standards for cleaning. I am sure it has some. Used it several times on our vacation from Southern California to Yellowstone and beyond. I cannot recall the price exactly but .40 a gallon more premium sounds about right
