It is exactly what they told and they told me to call Arrow. They are not taking responsibility for anything and their T and C says they as Sponsor can not not be held liable for anything. They put that part all in caps. BY ENTERING THE OFFER, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES...

Calling Mobile is a waste of time I just got told to call arrow because they have nothing to do with the rebate. Time to return the oil to Walmart and stop buying Mobile.

Be prepered for the rejection for duplicate entry next. I've had to call them twice to get that info. It gets accepted when the reps put it through.

Yes , no rebate or the cups. But according to them 6 to 8 weeks so that would be having those by July 8th.

I just talked to them again, my resubmission by the agent was approved last week. My wifes was approved May 8. Neither of us have received emails saying approved and online rebate tracker does not work.

I've called them because they said mine was denied for being outside the date as well. It was not and they had to resubmit it and then I get an email about duplicate submissions. My wifes was approved according to a phone rep but we have yet to receive anything. It does seem like a total scam...

I was told it was not within the correct date on the email. But it's dated 5-3-2026. There was no reason to deny it.
