I’ve got it in one of my cars - a 2004 Mitsubishi Verada (Diamanté), with a 6G74 engine, but it only does about 2000kms a year so I’m probably not in a position (at least not for a while) to comment on its cleaning power.
And the engine is already very clean, except for a bit of golden varnish...

I’m in Australia and to maintain new car warranty, the car has to be serviced by a licensed mechanic.
I do have an oil extractor however, and will be changing it at the six month mark in between dealer services.
