I'm curious about extending oci's in a few vehicles. I change the oil for our familys cars plus a couple more. 4 are port injected 2 are gdi turbo. I think Ive had enough of the feel good factor (using full synthetic and 5k oci) I would like to hear from some members that go 10k or more. Please...

Thanks, I'm only doing 5K oci on the Regal turbo. This thing has a weird blurb in the owners manual. I'm paraphrasing but it says: Oil capacity is 5.5 qts with filter however if you plan on autocross or racing the vehicle adding an extra quart is recommended. 6.5 qts apparently is fine.

So no harm to the catalytic converter?
