I'd rather have it on the dash than my BMW F750 GS where you have to start it up, pat your head 10 times, ride for 20 mins in the mountains of the alps at exactly 20 degrees, brake 4 times and then wait 10 mins and check it
For the life of me I never know the level...
I am on a quest to make my oil changes as fast and easy as possible, especially for my light tower and my generator which don't have much clearance above the oil fill cap
What suggestions do you guys have? I'd love some kind of pump or something of the sort. What are you using?
Ordered a Fumoto valve for this
Got it installed, and didn't realize there was 2 oil caps on this engine, of course I only saw the top one and struggled and got oil everywhere when the funnel slipped out! Used Rotella T6 5W-40
I do wish the "top" of the valve was facing upwards, but no...
No actually, Costco does not offer two different oil options
See I can format text too...
The Non syn blend is outgoing, not even available for delivery for me, and was heavily marked down and death starred in stores
Thank you for pointing out there is different types of toothpaste.
I see quite a lot of Diesel oil that is semi-synthetic
Why is that, when is seems every other oil is mostly full sythetic. Kirkland 5W-30 is full synthetic, yet the Diesel 15W-40 is a blend
Any ideas why?
Forgot to update this thread
I found a note that in August I was 13.5K, and for some reason my neighbor thinks I was at 14.7K at the time of oil change. Either way I think I may stick it out to 20K
