Permatex thread sealant or similar dont use silicone, the non hardening form a gasket would work too. Forget the teflon tape and silicone stuff.

Take the screen door dow , tape off the frame and spray paint them a decent shade of whatever you like and is more visible.

For a completely gone cps there are rarely codes unless you had say a random misfire code. Failed cps typically stops injectors from firing due to loss of synchronicity. Since the cps if an off and on switch the ecm cant tell if its bad or not. Typically you can ohm them out to determine...

Smoking a chicken doesnt take that long plus the chicken needs to be cooked until 165 degrees so that temp is too low. Set your smoker for 250ish, i like to liberally rub my chicken inside and out with cavenders seasoning and smoke breast down for a couple hours until 165 internal.
