    Motor Oil in luggage

I would like to mention though, regardless of TSA, FFA, etc, the airline is the last authority on if it's allowed or not. A good example is I believe only Alaska Air allows dogs to be flown as "luggage" anymore. I tried to book a flight with other than AK Air this fall having no idea of this...

    2025 3500 RAM 6.7 Cummins; 10w30 vs 5w40

basically an "in frame" was my understanding. It mostly came up because the pumps use Delo 100 40wt and one of their shop leads had instructed the oilers to use that in the engines as well... which we figured out was an error. Supposed to run normal 15w40 like nearly all their other diesels...

VP Racing Ultra Power Syn HD 5w40

Very, very little online on it for some reason? This thread comes up and a few unrelated. and this: https://www.northerntool.com/products/vp-racing-ultra-power-syn-engine-oil-sae-5w-40-ck-4-55-gal-model-vp5954015-6717571?srsltid=AfmBOoonTTOQGZJy9MHQ8PdvC-F3KbzIyEwv5_gfG1RGA5wtmWGuN0bhRE8...

    2025 3500 RAM 6.7 Cummins; 10w30 vs 5w40

He was saying they pull them for a refresh as it it's far cheaper than letting them go longer and risk needing to put sleeves, or even a block. I'm not sure how many they have, just based off what I've seen, I'd guess over 100.

    2025 3500 RAM 6.7 Cummins; 10w30 vs 5w40

That MotorCraft 10w30 SuperDuty is the same as P66 Guardol... though I think the P66 is actually more expensive these days. We only supply MotorCraft labelled to customers that demand it be that oil because they don't want to deal with warranty issues. When they do Ford warranty work, the big...

    2025 3500 RAM 6.7 Cummins; 10w30 vs 5w40

Was thinking about this the other day after talking with a friend and I've got to question if the shop foreman meant 9,000 hrs. He clearly told me 90,000 though. Even 9k hours is respectable for a "small" engine. That's equal to around 225,000 miles. They are Deere 6 cylinders (not sure what...

    Motor Oil in luggage

Engine oil isn't flammable though. It has a flashpoint of around 400-500*. To be classed flammable, it would need to be under 100*

    Motor Oil in luggage

It's because a lithium battery is HAZMAT. It's allowed in carry on because a fire would be detected fairly quickly and could be put out, vs if it happens in cargo. Same with spare batteries for phone, laptops, etc. Supposed to be in carry on.

At what age did the true negativity in human nature sink in for you?

I've come across a few random what I'd guess are some sort of onlyfan ads or "donations"? on facebook videos (I can only guess, I'm not sure at all)... Nothing that's really beyond PG-13... let's say a 20 something lady in swimwear. Look at the comments and many are are :sick:. Look at...

    No-Skip Metric Combination Wrenches Needed

I won't argue the Snap On wrenches are nice. I have some I've gotten over the years, but I've never bought brand new. I don't imagine a person looking at a $120 set from Home Depot is wanting to drop something like $600 on Snap On. I just mentioned Snap On because the Icon sets are very...

I thought the $25 at Great Clips was pricey. I go about every 2-3 months.

    2025 3500 RAM 6.7 Cummins; 10w30 vs 5w40

I service fleets that use all sorts of oil in their diesels. Only one I've heard a bit of "we kill engines" is the 0w30. It's rather thin when it hits 70* here. 0w40, 0w30, 10w30, 15w40 and 5w40. Have about 50 Deere engines running hydraulic pumps that spin a Thompson vac pump (basically a...

I have tools in my luggage as well. Not all of us are flying around to go on vacations.

    Motor Oil in luggage

Have flown about 50 gallons at this point, 3-4 gallons at a time. Plus we flew several 5 gallon pails out to a site, was just loaded with the other cargo.
