To me, the big shock is it’s listed at $200k over Zestimate and sold pretty much the day it hit the market.
Nobody’s saying you can’t have your own beliefs, just that people shouldn’t make blanket statements not supported by data.

My tuned, E30, 500+rwhp 3.5 EcoBoost still had a TBN of nearly 7.8 at 14.4k miles, and was under 2ppm Fe per 1k miles. I’ve settled in on a 20k OCI and sample just to ensure no cautions need to be taken when the new OCI has begun.
Dave’s recommendation is plenty safe with light-usage vehicles...
