Change the timing chain on the back of the head, it will break sooner than later. HPFP is also a known issue, can follower for the pump too, blow off valve can go bad, balance shaft assembly is recommended to disconnect with a Wasa free wheel, several sensors for boost control usually go bad...

Why are you state side even worried about if a gallon of oil goes from 10 bucks to 15 bucks, still cheap as dirt.

Most people change the oil when the service light turns on. If it’s 10k miles or 25k miles they don’t care. My Audi has 30000km oil changes but ofc I change it more often.

With a good oil 500 hours shouldnt be an issue. We do 1000 hours on semi synthetic 10w-30. The loaders do have a lot more oil than a car though.

Very weird question. Of course most would want more power but if you can’t afford it mpg is more important. Due to fuel prices a car has to get atleast 40mpg to be even considered “good” on gas.

You can also run Agrol oils. Swedish made, we use it on all oil changes in Swecon and we never have engine failures due to oil.

I run 15w40 in my Audi because i can get it for free from work. Did like 15000km last oci with it and had no issues. Used the same oil this oil change too. Oil is expensive here so I’m happy.

Yep, and these transmissions run hot when overfilled by just a few liters over the around 19L we fill when changing. So almost 40L in it.
