I have to down load it to Image shack and then upload it to BITOG . I do it so little each time I relearn the process.

I did my laundry last week and left the speed strip with 5 bullets on it since it is for a J frame in the pocket of my jeans and ran the bullets through the wash . They did not run through the dryer. I took the bullets to the range and they all went bang!!!.

What is really impressive is the motor is hot rodded. What ever has been does was done first class. Sometimes the higher iron could be from the engine sitting.

You have an engine that the job is easy to do on. Some you engines have to remove the cam and cam belts which triples the PITA factor. I use compressed air to hold the valves up. Good job by the way.

Usually a higher TBN oil is designed for longer service life. I does not necessarily make it [higher TBN] better in all uses.

Any of todays major brands are really good for your intentions. The super premium oils would be better if you were extending the oil change intervals.

Splash lubrication isn't a problem with the proper viscosity to temperature. The reason todays engines work well with the 20wt oils is the better cyl head design, machine work and more so the electronic controls of the timing as the knock sensor which can adjust the timing on each individual...
