I’d probably get the Hitachi. The AC Delco Pro is probably just a reboxed aftermarket part, but could still be pretty good. I’ve been unimpressed with Gates hard parts. The ones I’ve bought were just generic white box parts with a Gates sticker.

A decent number of companies offer this or something similar. I've bought similarly coated rotors from Zimmermann and AC Delco.

The friction rating doesn't tell the whole story, but I also consider it when buying pads.

As noted already, the common ones that are handy are a good impact ( I would guess whatever came with your compressor is not very good), air ratchets, air hammer, air gun and tire inflator.
