Could you elaborate on why you would never formulate an MTF with MoDTC? :)

I thought it might be thin enough to achieve some good shifts with temps between 0 and 32 degrees fahrenheit.

Thanks for the info. The engine is a 2.5 in a 2008 Impreza Outback Sport and I am using High Mileage for leaking.

I'm thinking a tablespoon of each.

I am mixing Mobil 1 15W50 and Valvoline FS HM 5W30 because I buy it cheap at walmart and they don't have any 40 weights HM at my walmart.

Hello, Currently creating my own 10W-40 HM. I am mixing Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 15w50 and Valvoline FS HM MaxLife 5w30 at a ratio of 50/50. Are the base stocks going to mix okay? I think they will, just wanted to make sure and see what the experts thought about it. All the technical stuff is...
