I've heard many Toyota dealers are completely out of 0W-8 currently.

I've used it, don't have a strong opinion of it one way or the other. I think, like most fluids, the frequency of change is probably more important than the brand.

Toyota 04152-YZZA1 has been great for me. I wouldn't hesitate at all to continue using it.
