Brought the Chevelle home from my dads so I can drive it. Itching to drive it while I finish putting the new engine in my C10, which is taking longer than I want.

I use gasgacinch on paper gaskets on my SBCs.

Do you mind sharing a picture of the door? I want a would craftsmans door. I currently have a double front door, and it's an older home, so the opening is not a common size. Did you like your experience with RealCraft?

Tacofergie: Is that factory AC? If so that factory dash configuration is awesome. I also like the factory oil fill in the intake manifold. I kinda wish my truck had that.

Painted the new engine for the C10.

The builder said he had to richen up the carb. I’ll definitely do some tuning and spark plug reading once I start driving it.

I’m using a Weiand Stealth 8016, and a brawler 600. The carb was dynoed on the engine, I also have a Holley 750 just in case. I’m going to drive it with the top and see if I like it. The carb did have a spacer when it was dynoed. I want the truck to be a cruiser, but with power.

Builder recommends 2500 stall, I’m going to call coan today. Rearend gear is stock 3.08. The truck is all stock, minus the new engine.

She has a Turbo 350 I just rebuilt, I put in a shift kit as well. I can’t wait to throw the engine and transmission back in and drive it.

Here is the cam card, the build sheet for the engine I believe says it’s a billet core.

Intake is a weiand stealth (long discontinued version) MSD HEI, total timing is 38 degrees at 3800rpm. I just picked up the engine yesterday from the builder, I still have to put in it the truck. I have to see what initial is set at and mechanical in the distributor, haven’t looked at the...
