My local Meijer is getting rid of a bunch of Fram Ultra and ToughGuard filters in slow selling sizes. A few air filters as well.
I picked up 4 different Ultras at $5.21 each. I'll be checking my other two close Meijer stores tomorrow.
Your box was probably loaded on the wrong shelf. He will (hopefully) deliver to you when he finds it. Unless he thinks he is too far to double back. (Former delivery guy)
You might want to give the State a call. They don't think highly of dealers lying about what the State fees are. They offered to call the dealer on my behalf.
Also, I spoke to Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services at 517-284-8608. They were very helpful in explaining what is and isn't allowed. They are the folks that enforce the Doc Fee law.

Plate Fee $15
Plate Transfer Fee $10
Title Fee $16
Doc fee for GM Employee...

No thoughts on the oil, but gotta shout out on your user name. Had a girlfriend in high school who drove a Laguna S3 with the swiveling Strato bucket seats. You'd throw it in Park, open the door, and swivel the bucket seats 90 degrees to face out. I thought it was the coolest option ever offered...
I have 3 of them, two different brands. As I recall, you locate your joist/cross bar attachment points and then the design has some flexibility to attach the horizontal "floor" to the vertical pieces.
