@clinebarger Where would it be leaking and is it something I could fix?

2001 F150 transmission (4r70w) slow to engage (3=5 seconds) into drive after shifting out of park or neutral. Shifts fine while driving and shifts into reverse fine. I dropped the pan and changed the filter. Problem still exists.
