Yes. Twice. I always used the 0W oils because this car was used for lots of very short trips with lots of starts so I wanted good cold pumpability.

You have air in the lines. I had the same problem the only time I used a Mityvac instead of a pressure bleeder. Now I only use the Mityvac to suction the master. The air is probably at the calipers, so you could get a helper to do the push and hold on the brake pedal.
