I have the same opinion like other guys. Why paid for a group III oil when you have a better oil for the same price??
I never see nothing about Castrol Syntec are made for extended drain.
I not said that this oil is not good!! I think is a very good oil for the price, I used since 1 year and i'm very happy.
But, I don't understand the decision of amsoil. Why he don't make an other product with this specific like motul?? I think is for money reason but...

But I have an other question, Castrol Syntec are group III. But what is the difference in the composition of this oil because the quality are very different.
I would like to be fixed about them. Many of peoples said AMSOIL XL serie are Group III based oil. But I send an email directly to AMSOIL and he said to me that XL serie are Full synthetic oil. This is a real synthetic or not??
