There is nothing wrong with KYB quick struts :)
While the car is on the lift, ask the shop to spray some penetrating oil on the pinch bolts. They will know where to spray. For the brakes, just be glad you only need the slide pins and not the whole caliper :D

I didn't find a Standard/SMP clockspring, but I did find Shee-Mar which claims to be an OE supplier and has been around since 1970 :unsure:
Shee-Mar does kind of sound like a cheap Chinese knockoff name, and that $100 clockspring could be the same thing as ebay or reboxed OE or anything in...
20k is fair for cheap tires.
Are those Greenmax tires like off-road AT or MT tires? Those won't last long at all. The road oriented tires like HT or touring tires, like car type tires will last longer.
And of course, city driving wears tires more rapidly than highway driving.

Modern Subarus have problems with the clockspring, which Subaru calls a roll connector. The local Subaru dealer wants $300 for it, though online dealers have it for $200.
Rock Auto has the Shee-Mar brand for $100 :unsure:
