Just wanted to thank all who took the time to respond and offer help and advice. I think I'll get the hang of it after more usage. Never needed 4WD in my 71 years on this earth. I knew BITOG was the place to go to get the answers I needed. Very much appreciated.
I saw this in the owner's manual. My concern was the turning part more than anything else. Unless I missed it, which is totally possible, I didn't see anything about turning in 4WD.
I've mentioned in earlier posts that my wife and I live up on a mountain in North Georgia. It's an asphalt road and we have two approximately 400' - 500' slopes/inclines we have to drive up to get to our house. It becomes a little tricky when there is snow or the road is wet after a rain. We...
I've got two Mobil 1 filters ready for use. How can you tell who the manufacturer is? It could be my crappy eyesight, but I looked at both filters and can't find any mention of who it was. I bought them several months back at Walmart and the date of manufacture on both filters is 2021.
We bought a dash cam this past November and I wasn't sure I wanted it on the front windshield either. I decided to mount it on the passenger side of the mirror, as high as possible, as a test run since it would be easy to remove and relocate. After a few days driving the truck, I realized I...
I installed a J&L catch can on our 2024 Frontier in February. I just checked it for the first time with 650 miles on the install and got about 1 1/2 ounces oily residue. Truck had 4955 miles when installed.
I feel your pain. Just turned 5000 miles on our Frontier and had a car throw a rock that put a small chip in the windshield. It's not enough of a chip to worry about but it's right in my direct sight line of sight looking out the driver's seat. Just enough to be irritating if I think about it...
I have a container of the TW Graphene Ceramic, along with some TW Hybrid Solutions Wet Wax and a TW Rapid Decon Clay bar being delivered by FedEx today. That is if they can find us. It's been 50/50 lately.
We finally quit putting bird feeders up around our house. We went through tree of them in the span of two summers. Seems the bears like bird seed a lot more than birds do. The absolutely destroyed the feeders and the metal poles they are hung on.
