The 10w-30 and the straight 30 weight are both mineral...
As I know, multigrade oils don't foam almost and between a 15W40 and a 10W40 there is no big differece, so I think it will work ok.
Liebherr uses 15w40 in the hydraulics normally.
Is it possible to find a SA API rating oil nowadays ?. If you need a non-detergent oil, I would go for an ISO grade oil (inductrial use) as fpracha said.
Do you have any other information about the right oil ? Viscocity?
I would use that 5W30 oil too.

Nice results, I guess you can extend your OCI with no problems.
Sometimes the oil companies recommend to change the oil every year regardless of the mileage it has because of natural oxidation of the oil in contact with air, even if the engine hasn't run. So, if you change the oil you should...
Well, maybe is not the air filter, maybe there is a part of the intake systema that doesn't fits well and the air gets in without going through the air filter.
Hello, thanks for sharing, nice car and nice results too.
It's true that we don't have UA's to compare, but as long as the wear metals are so low, I think that is almost impossible that anything could be wrong in that engine.
Bye
I don't think so, it's below the upper limit (12.5 for a SAE 30) and as the TBN is so good, it shows that the oil has not suffer a lot of oxidation that could have raise the viscocity.
Hello Alex, very nice report and thanks for sharing it.
In my opinion, silicon is a bit high in every sample, despite the "normal" values listed on the right, and I think that that is why the iron wear is a bit high too, I have seen this relation silicon-iron many times in UOA.
Maybe your air...
