Very little after the electronic gauge was in the low area. It never warned me in any way. I only noticed it on the digital gauge as shown in the pic. It was reading where the yellow arrow indicates. teh resolution...

I went to the dealership the first time around 4500 miles specifically because the digital gauge was at the low range. I wouldn't have even known it was near low if I would not have gone to the service menu to look.
