    Clay/Nanoskining ?

As long as it's a cloudy day or you rinse each panel as you go, using the soap as clay lube works perfect. I will usually foam, 2 bucket wash, iron-x, then mix up a new bucket of soap and water and just use the wash mitt with a bunch of suds on the panel then clay and rinse. Combines 2 processes...

    Explain Tire rack to me

If you're buying tires mounted on wheels it's completely worth it. High performance summer tires are typically MUCH cheaper through tire rack. Especially when you're paying to ship the wheels already.

    Warhead candy causes mouth bleeding

Yeah, I always remember after you ate 5 or 6 of them your tongue started to feel raw and would eventually bleed if you continued to eat them without flushing your mouth with some water. Sour patch kids will lead to these same symptoms if consumed excessively just like most sour candies.

are chrysler 2.7 as bad as the internet portrays.

2.7L in a 2004 Dodge Stratus. Kendall 5w-30 with Liquid Titanium on 3,000 mile intervals with a purolator pure one every time, kept mine purring like a champion to a 150,000 miles with no signs of issues. Engine never felt underpowered, always ran hard and strong. This car made me absolutely OCD...

New MacBook Pro with Retina Display

Honestly, I can't even go back to any other computer now. Everything looks like [censored] compared to the display on my retina mbp. Not saying that everything else is bad, just saying that you get spoiled by such a crisp view that everything else seems 'pixely'.

    what a Ripoff !!

If it is a spring loaded tensioner that you simply take the tension off with a wrench and pull the old belt and re-route the new that is insane! If it's like my dodge was and manually tensioned it requires quite a bit more work and would make sense.

Help me choose a phone please, iP5 or GS3

Honestly I have always been an iPhone hater; no memory expansion, non user serviceable battery, no 4G LTE, too small of a screen and a charging/syncing port 10 years old that matches up to nothing else. That being said the iPhone 5 has me impressed at this point. It has finally caught up to the...

2010 Chrysler 300 3.5 Liter- High Pitch Squeal

That water pump is driven by the timing belt so it's not as simple as "taking it off".

    New features/things you actually LIKE

Auto dimming mirror is of no use to me as all of my cars have 5% tint put on the back and side windows first thing. But what I really do love is the backup camera integrated into the rear view mirror, the downfall of such dark tint is that it's impossible to back up at night! Problem solved...

13 Weird tricks to clean your car

And this is why it takes me so long to detail peoples cars when somewhere along the line they have heard of these "tricks".

Cleaning the inside of the windshield

I forgot to add, absolutely no direct sunlight or too hot of a glass surface when you begin or you will be doing all that work for nothing.

Cleaning the inside of the windshield

If done with a clean microfiber and in this exact manner with a streak free glass cleaner this will always work, I have been doing this for 3 years detailing cars. Step 1: Fold a clean microfiber twice into a square and liberally apply the glass cleaning solution to one side. Step 2: Wipe the...

Driving up steep hills: Is it hard on the trans?

How old is this vehicle? Modern transmissions should have no problem keeping at correct operating temperatures when simply climbing a hill whether you do it at 4000 rpms or 2000.
