In the US I've only found a couple locations to buy Ravenol. They have a dexos1 gen2 formula but from the online stores they are only listing dexos1. I wrote one location asking if it was the gen 2 formula and they indicated it is not. Any ideas?

Any theories as to why boron is gone, and magnesium is reduced? Those seem to be the major differences between VAS and VME.
Those seem like positives...so why remove/reduce them?
VAS definitely looks more impressive..no idea what the base oils are though. I'm struggling to see how they are justifying 40 a 5 qt jug. Surely they aren't banking on marketing being that powerful.
