I haven't used EPR on this vehicle yet, I would like to eventually. I have only used it on my 03 530i and my FIL's ecoboost F150.

19 Highlander -70,5xx Out - QS Ultimate + BG MOA In - Same

I would get it torn down and inspected. I have seen it go either way with damages ranging from no cam replacement to every cam, rocker, and lifter being replaced ($450ish per cam). I've done CDJR parts for 3 years now and usually it's just one or two rockers that have failed but techs will quote...

No worries, it will do no harm. Not a bad practice.

2019 Highlander 58,9XX Out: Havoline life long 0w20 and Fram Ultra (3 ocis I think) In: QS 20k 0w20 and the new Fram Endurance, which looks like Champ plastic end caps, thick white media that is wire backed just like the Ultra. Solid.

Did a change on my wife’s animal rescue partner’s 2020 Acadia, washed it too. Out - dealer bulk 5w30 syn/PF63 In - new QS 20k and Supertech filter and some Gumout Regane for good measure. 42k on vehicle. Looked like original air filter :sick:

Yep, been using 20w50, 15w50 and 15w40 depending on the season for the past (roughly) 79000 miles since I got it in 2014/15 I believe. I had a oil pressure sensor that was leaking out at least a quart per few days and a full one on long drives. I had a few instances where all I had to replenish...

Good plan. The induction service won't help oil burning really, but it is a very good product to clean valves. I would do the induction service as a start, and continue with Techron/Gumout Regane, or Redline cleaners from then on as maintenance. For the oil burning I would get some BG EPR and...

BG without hesitation. Soak pistons with GM top engine cleaner before hand if available as well.
