    Need A/C compressor help

Yep, all air needs to be evacuated before the system is recharged with refrigerant. Any air in the system acts as a useless "filler" gas that degrades AC performance. It might work OK without evacuating all that air, but definitely not optimal.

Under WOT acceleration on wet pavement, the tires will break loose for what seems like one revolution of...

Dunlop Direzza DZ102 UHP summer tire UTQG 460!!!

I just bought 4 of these for our third car (1993 Geo Storm - 205/50/R15) and will report back once they have a few miles on them. Major selling points were that they were cheap for a UHP tire ($67 each delivered to my door after rebate) and they are supposed to have improved wet traction over...

Wife had a golf-ball sized stone and had her gall bladder removed. Surgery took a few hours, and I was able take her home a few hours after that (when the anesthetic wore off). Minimally invasive, with two small incisions on her abdomen, one inside her belly button. No lasting after effects as...

That's a scene from a movie (can't remember which one). The actress is Katherine Heigl (I think).
