Walmart is now the leader in price/warranty since Costco started "prorating" from day one with no free replacement period. Costco may have a slight edge in price , but their warranty is crap.
Not if you're in the U.S. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (1975) prohibits mandatory product brands to keep a warranty in effect, as long as the product is capable it's fine.
28 , 5 qt jugs of Pennzoil Platinum 5W/30. Walmart screwed up a couple of years ago and listed 1 jug and a roll of blue paper towels for $2.17. I bought multiple orders of 12 totaling around $75 . Best deal ever. I learned about it on this site.
They are private businesses and the government has no right to force that without major compensation, the real estate needed for long term charging is one of the draw backs due to time needed. Charging stations can open and charge the additional fees to the charging customer for the long term...
