Are you using the BG Universal MGC additive along with the BG Synchro Shift II fluid? I am seeing this as an option and considering this on my next service.

Nice. I like the idea of this. I use the handle after every ride to scoot the rear of my bike out of the way in the garage and I occasionally have a passenger. Could you share a link of the cowl you purchased?

Certainly not needed. Others have recommended these grades, might be worth a try. High RPM shifting has always been extremely smooth on this bike, sometimes a bit notchy when putting around. That could just be user error, though. Ha! The links you provided for the Motul seem to be a good price...

The Motul 300V has me intrigued. Also, I am pondering going to a 15W-50 or 20W-50 in the Amsoil or any of the other brands suggested. I appreciate everyone's input.

I use gear oil and a rag to both clean and lubricate.

Not standard, one of the few mods I have made. Nice sound indeed.

I agree. I found a "dealer mode" connector and switch on ebay. I have seen some use a paperclip but I wouldn't want to damage the connector.

Currently running Amsoil Metric Motorcycle 10W-40 and Suzuki filter. No complaints whatsoever with these just looking for cheaper or locally available options (Walmart, NAPA, Carquest, etc.) Thanks!
