    Difference between plugs

I decided to email NGK (I don't know why I just didn't do that in the first place) and this was the response: "The G has a copper infused ground electrode to channel heat away from the ground electrode."

    Difference between plugs

Does anyone know what the difference is between NGK ZFR6F-11 and NGK ZFR6F-11G? The manual for my wife's 2011 Liberty says to use the 11Gs, but I am seeing the 11s as a stocked item in most places and the 11Gs as special order. After looking at NGK's website I can't really tell what the...

Different gauge clusters on 1984 Caprice

I have the rectangular version and do not have the trip odometer. It is the V8 with the 4-speed. I don't know if those options had anything to do with it or not. I do have the original window sticker from the dealer, but that doesn't really tell me anything about this.

Different gauge clusters on 1984 Caprice

I have an old Caprice I like to tinker with. In looking up various things on the web I have noticed two different styles of gauge clusters but cannot figure out what the reason is for the difference. Some have a round speedometer like this: Some have a rectangular speedometer: Anyone have...

What was your first music album?

First album was Joan Jett & The Blackhearts "I Love Rock N' Roll" I think that album dropped in 81; so I would have been 5 and I would have been listening to it on my Emerson stereo. I loved that album and that stereo. As a matter of fact I think my parents still have the stereo.

Best price for dual port SAS drives?

What are you trying to accomplish? How much storage are you looking for? Cheap JBOD and enterprise class dual port SAS usually don't go hand in hand You can get 300gb ones for about $150. They are HP drives in HP chassis but you can always just remove them from the chassis.

Got me Some Whiskey, how to sip it? Over rocks?

Heaven Hill makes bourbon that runs the whole gamut of good sipping stuff all the way down to stuff you should just use to clean your lawnmower I happen to really like some of the Evan Williams stuff. The single barrel is especially good, but expensive for an every day sipper (well for me...

    Is ESATA history

I think you will have more versatility in going USB 3.0.

    Is ESATA history

If you are only looking backing up your data then USB3.0 would work fine. It is plenty fast for that. If your had a lot of USB devices all running at once pushing data around you would see a decrease in throughput vs esata since esata isn't a shared bus. How much data are you pushing around...

    Coffee - Your Current Brew

At home it's either Peet's Anniversary Blend or Major Dickasons's. On my way to work it's Cumberland Farms Dark Roast and in the office it is Seattle's Best Level 4.

    Just got a new laptop.

While I am not familiar with the Y series Lenovo in general has come a long way since they purchased the consumer PC business from IBM in 2005. I've standardized on the Thinkpad T4xx series at work(I'm the IT Operations Manager) and they have been a solid choice. The gen1 X1 Carbons were a total...

    Purpose for different t-stat settings?

The car cover blew off of it last fall and it got covered with leaves. It's pretty filthy right now. Once I get it cleaned up I can post pics. It's actually in really good condition. The interior is pristine. The body is in good shape. A couple little dings here and there where my grandmother...

    Purpose for different t-stat settings?

I have an 84 Caprice coupe that I am looking to get running again. I have not had it on the road since 2006 and the kids really want me to get it running. They think it will be fun to take to the drive in. Anyway, I got it started easily enough today, but I noticed what looks like a small...
