I have a Magnefine inline filter on my transmission cooler line and do full fluid exchage every 60,000 with Aisin AFW+ synthetic. My oil generally comes out clean so I don't bother with the metal mesh thats used in the A750 transmission on my Toyota.

I have been using it on my 2016 FJ Cruiser with very good results, I use pao group IV full synthetic Respol Competicion and change oil at 6000km or eight months with very good results, oil stays cleaner longer.

Full fluid exchange is the way to go for fresh fluid in the transmission and specifically the torque converter.

Toyota WS or if you are lucky, you can source the fully synthetic Aisin AFW+ WS compatible oil, its available in middle east or SE Asia. I change mine every 50k and use a Hayden 679 cooler and Magnefine filter inline.

Use AISIN AFW+ fully synthetic ATF thats WS compatible. I also have a Hayden 679 oil cooler with a Magnefine filter attached inline. I do full fluid exchange every 60,000 miles and my A750F transmission shifts like brand new.
