Aquapel can usually be found at PPG glass shops and at some parts stores.

If you want a long-lasting RainX type product, get some Aquapel.

3/4 cup is about 6 ounces, which is much closer to the 1 oz per gallon you should use (the directions state this). 4 teaspoons is 0.667 ounces, which would be good for about 1/2 gallon of water; not 5. It's amazing what following the directions can do

I get where you are going with it. I think that has more to do with the brightness of the moon though, lol, as long as the paint isn't covered in oxidation or CC failure.

Wrong type of product. Meguiar's Quick Detailer is a cleaner wax, not a detail spray.

M66 Quick Detailer is a great AIO wax (one of two bottles of wax I've actually used up). I've only gone to D151 PRC because I needed a product with a stronger cut.

I like using it on cowls, it gets into all of the little spaces where I can't get to with my regular protectant on an applicator pad or towel, and on large pieces like running/step boards (of course, wiping it down after a bit to get rid of the slickness).

Not much you can do; I'd chalk it up to lesson learned.

I use Obsessive Detail Wheel Seal.
