I've seen some folks have success with a weed burner / propane torch, but I wouldn't do it if there's any moisture in the concrete, it could pop a chunk up.

Pulling a vacuum didn't cause those hose cracks. And, Nissan had radiator issues in the early 2000s, especially with cracks. It was especially notable on the Titans.
I might buy that being sucked inwards made a deteriorated hose crack bigger, but it was already gone at that point.

I would stop replacing parts, you are likely to introduce new issues by putting in bad/untested parts.
I would remove the purge and see if it's stuck open or partially open. Your fuel trim information is very important to look at here, even if it's not the purge valve.
FWIW: I have the M18 Surge. I find the quieter operation to be the main selling point. I use it everywhere, including yesterday to take out the 30 bolts holding up the lower splash shield in place.
