B12 chemtool Left in hot car then blasted into and lodged in the windshield

The whole valve blew out to top and the bottle rocketed into the door. Not sure why the disk didn't blow. Perhaps he tampered or replaced the disk himself? I've heard people used to do that and overfill the tanks themselves. I had one where the burst disk popped and the bottle spun all around.

B12 chemtool Left in hot car then blasted into and lodged in the windshield

I used to play paintball with my friends. We used CO2 tanks for the propellant to fire the paintballs. These are not the little 20 gram silver capsules, but large 11oz and 20oz liquid CO2 canisters about the size of a 20oz soda bottle. Some guy left one laying on the front seat of his car, in...

Oil for my Honda eu3200i ?

I'd bump up to a 40 grade. I'm currently running 5W-40 in my generators. 5w is for winter starts in Michigan. In Florida, you could use 10W-40 or 15W-40. If you are really loading it down, maybe even bump up to a 20W-50? Running in hot, humid air, you would benefit from a higher grade oil...

Oil change interval for heavy use Predator 5000 inverter generator

I measured the thread/bolt size on the oil drain bolt, then selected a valve with the correct thread / bolt size. You will have to look at your generator to see if there is enough clearance room around the drain hole to allow the valve to screw in completely and seal. I've seen on some...

Oil change interval for heavy use Predator 5000 inverter generator

Put a Fumoto oil valve on it and make the oil changes super quick and easy. I did this with my generator. I also put a rubber hose on the end and directed it out of the frame. Now, I just put a small pan under the generator and open the valve while it's still warm. Close the valve and fill it...

Kawasaki Z650RS for 1-2 hour trips?

Looks like a fun bike! I loved my Honda NC700X. It had all the power I needed for around town and pleasure riding. It would also move on the freeway when needed and I took it on a few multi-day trips. I used an AirHawk seat pad on the long trips. That 650 will have all the power you need to...

Anyone else turn everything off when you stop the car?

In a modern car, no difference at all. The computer will run through its startup sequence and engage the compressor when it is ok to do so. In an older car, the assumption is that the compressor engaged could make it harder to start. I'm not sure if that's true or not, or that if it really matters.

Anyone else turn everything off when you stop the car?

The concern from OP was leaving the compressor and other items "ON" when starting the car the next time they go in to drive it.

Anyone else turn everything off when you stop the car?

I turn off wipers and AC. That's about it. I figure that if the heat was on before, I'll probably need it the next time I start the car. Radio stays wherever it was, no problem there. Newer cars are all computer controlled. No problem starting the car with the AC still "ON". The car will...

    No-Spill 5 Gal Gasoline Cans Clearance@Summit Racing

The "No Spill" brand fuel spout is the best I've used of the new CARB rated spouts. It really is quite good.

Did i harm my new car with early oil change?

Many off the shelf oils use similar anti-friction/wear additives in their formulation, just at slightly different proportions. I think the stripping of protective layers after an oil change is a minor concern.

    Best filter for synthetic oil

I'm running the Toyota OEM filter on my 2024 Rav4 (same engine as in both your cars). I get them at the local dealership for less than similar filters from Walmart. They also throw in a new oil plug crush washer. I change oil and filter every 5000 miles and the oil looks rather clean still. I'm...

2003 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8L sitting long time, what engine oil?

My 2010 Town & Country 3.8L (130K miles) drank Mobil1 (1qt/1000 miles). Oil consumption was cut in half by switching to Castrol Edge. If I still had it, I would try Valvoline Restore and Protect, but it went to new owners a few years before Valvoline Restore and Protect existed.

    Valvoline Restore and Protect

Some users have reported increased oil use on the first one or two intervals of Valvoline Restore and Protect before consumption lessons. Nobody is sure why it happens, but the consensus is to stick with Valvoline Restore and Protect and consumption eventually lessons during later oil change...
