There's at least a quart in circulation while the engine is running. Also, I doubt that the specified fill level is touching the crankshaft when the engine is stopped. With these two assumptions, one quart over shouldn't be a serious problem while the engine is running.

The FJ is similar to the 4Runner. I used to do a Spill and Fill at 5K and a full oil and filter change at 10K miles. The dealer specified 10K mile oil change intervals on 0W-20. The filter was a cartridge type and always looked clean when I changed it. An extra few hundred miles won't matter.
