Love the floormats. We had a 2000 in that dark maroon red. Black top, it rode like a Cadillac but it never got much road time. Glad someone who owns it now drives it. We see it out maybe once a year.

    Post your latest oil change

If you hear any undesirable clatter, I can assure you that the SS 5W30 will be more pleasant. Going into winter, this is a good combo. Did the flush bring out any nasty 🤢 gooey stuff, grit, etc?

What are you doing right now?

Although, I wish I could create a Redline Oil Edition car with my mods. Loud not fast. Kinda tries to intimidate through shine, shape, style and sound but NOT strength or speed or torque or horsepower 😂

Thoughts on the Silverado 2.7 turbo engine

Definitely would go with boutique engine oil in the oem weight or Mobil 1 0w40 and change every 3-5k. Upgrade transmission fluid too, maybe with a Banks pan to increase capacity and cooling. About only modification I would add would be exhaust on a truck with a turbo. Drive it reasonably and you...
