Thanks for posting the VOA. JT-8 is a good low cost HDEO, and Blain's Farm & Fleet sells a ton of it. I've used it in my OPE that requires a 30 weight.

Kohler ignition modules are known to fail after years of use. Engine stalls after it gets hot, like yours after about 30 minutes running. If you let it cool down it will restart and run, until it gets hot again. Good news is the modules are cheap and very easy to replace. They look like this.
