    White Paint Marker

That's not white paint. The proper way is to etch the message into the glass and abraid away the paint.

What Brake Pads Should I Get

Bosch Blue (BE1258, not the linked BE1258H; H-suffix includes the hardware) is currently on closeout at Rockauto for $10.44. I would get those if just doing a pad-slap.

Anti-Roll Bar P Clamp broken cant get replacement.

Alternative idea: can you take the two parts to a shop to weld them back together? Then have them reinforce it where it broke. This assumes the failure was from fatigue and not just rusted away.

    2007 Lexus RX400H: 284k, $1k gamble

Excellent deal. If you're welding the exhaust, another option is to find a cheap universal catalytic converter -- it would be more professional than straight pipe.

How do you fill the intake with smoke?

Like in the video, I have used a cigar with success. Use a long clear plastic tube, maybe 6 feet long, to make it easier to move around.

Change to synthetic from std after 223 k miles?

I would think synthetic would be fine. Consider following the maintenance minder of the vehicle if you want to reduce the number of oil changes.

    Slotted rotors or no?

Agreed. I should have suggested performance street pads like Hawk HP, or HP+ at most aggressive.

    Slotted rotors or no?

I would also recommend non-slotted rotors. If there is a problem with brake pads fading due to high temperature, then consider: * Change to a brake pad with higher temperature rating. A track oriented pad may help. * Bigger rotor (big brake kit) to increase heat dissipation. * Add airflow...

I got to ride alongside Mario Andretti in a Porsche GT3 at Michigan Speedway for a few laps several years ago.

    Craftsman leaf vaccum

I have had two like the one in the link, one self-propelled and one that you push. Both work well. The weight of leaves in the bag is significant, so self-propelled is a HUGE advantage. You still have to empty the bag out and dispose of the cut up leaves. The leaves get chopped up about the...

    Relay wiring question

It is a good practice to select the gauge of the wire based on the upstream fuse. The wire needs to handle the current of the load (in this case the coil current of the relay). But also; if there is a short circuit then the fuse should blow before the wire melts.
