I recently bought their kit for my CRV and installed the lower control arms with the forward poly bushing and tie rod ends. Theres a ball joint of theirs I was going to install and curious if they are a re brand of moog,mevotech etc.

i did the rear diff and trans same day . DW1 in trans and DPS-F dual pump fluid in the rear diff.

What was the specific gear/rpm of your whine? The beginning of the video you hear it . does that sound similar?

Would it be good to use Lubeguard with the 1st DW 1 change?

2006 CRV AWD 148k miles automatic. Only when accelerating up until it reaches 4th gear. Does not do it in park or neutral while reving the engine. Its not too loud but definelty can hear it. I've researched and seen it could be the transfer gear , a race/bearing on the driver side of trans...

Thanks for your suggestions. Ive owned GM the past 8 years and was always told not to change trans fluid on higher mileage vehicles.

Just bought today. Slight whine in 2nd gear and quieter in 3rd, no noise in park or neutral. Its AWD and unsure if the last fluid changes on the trans and rear transfer case. Was going to buy Honda OEM fluid. Thought maybe the noise could be harmonics from the driveshaft but not sure.

I saw 2014-2016 had cvt issues but no other years really.

what fluid have you used in the Outlander?

I haven't . I am also interested in the 05-06 CRV with the 5speed auto trans , and those seem pretty solid as well, and just as slow.
