It did claim to be suitable for ATF-4 at the time. No idea what it claims now.

Apparently ATF has no more dispersants than motor oil. That being the case maybe he should replace the ATF in his brew with fresh motor oil

You could be head hunted for saying that around here lol. I think ATF usually has more dispersants than motor oil typically does. Maybe that could do some extra cleaning of loose particulate?

I’ve had no problems with flushes. I’ve never had a very finless up engine though. I think flushes are a good preventative maintenance once in a while. There are people that do a flush at every oil change and have no problems

Filter media look great. Ya can see that it sealed on both ends by the seal compressions.

Forgot to get the date code but I bought it very recently. Like maybe a month ago or something.

2nd oil change on a Nissan kicks. I thought I’d see a lot of sparklies as the first change was full of glitter but nothing visible this time. Car has 5k miles on it I now. Other than it’s sooo small the ST6607 looked great. No ripples and no light seen through the ADBV with a flashlight.

It looks real good.
