I have a 2001 f-150 4.6 super crew. 215,000 miles on motor. i use motorcraft filter 820 and penzoil 5w-30. motor does not use oil between changes. i change oil every 4,000 miles. The one time I used a different brand oil filter(wix), my oil pressure gauge fluctuated while going down the road...
