How is the treadwear? There are some TR comments that they wear rapidly. More like a 35-40k mi tire before needing replacement.

My 09 ES350 2GR-FE V6 NA has 62k mi and it is on its 1sr Valvoline Restore and Protect. The last 20k or 8yrs it has been on a Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, Mobil 1 and Quaker State. Previous 40k, an unknown oil used. Fall time, it is going to be interesting to what carbon I find in the filter cartridge.

Earlier during the year, I stockpiled the ST9972 as part of my stash. For the three 2GR V6 engines, I have nine filters which is enough until 2030.

Unfortunately no. It was 6 qts and I calculated the volume from the safety data sheet density (0.852 g/ml) Skepticism is appreciated but the data shows otherwise. Among the three 5 qt jugs there could be a difference of 10 grams. Weighed empty Valvoline Restore and Protect 5qt 250g Weighed...

Recently, my Toyota Venza AWD transfer & rear differential gear oil was changed for $60 cash. I supplied the Mobil 1 Delvac 75w-90 oil with gaskets.
