QSUD 5W-30 has performed well in my Hyundai Sonata. I don't plan on running anything else

Costco website has all three flavors of Kirkland oil for $24.99 per box of 2 (S&H included).

That oil would double the value of my Hyundai! I'm sure it's a great oil. Does any of their offerings have an API certification?

I'm not an oil expert, but I am a machinist. If you are able to fully engage the good threads and tighten the nut so it doesn't leak, it's probably fine (at least in the short term). If you are just grabbing one thread to tighten, get it fixed professionally ASAP. You should still get it fixed...

I've been using a 5W-30 Dexos 2 oil in my Hyundai 2.4l. No idea if it's actually helping the car or not, but it makes me feel better.
